This is a view across the bay to the main town of the Greek island Of Hydra. The
colours are a contrast between the warm orange tones of the land and the blues of the
sea reflecting the light buildings sandwiched between. The yellow of the building near
the centre adds to the heat of the image. The figures in the shade of the cafés on the
seafront are incidental, but they provide a focal point in a darker, cooler space.
